Hampton Inn by Hilton Brampton Toronto

Booked this place for a wedding I was attending in neighbouring Vaughan. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The lobby and the breakfast area looks like it has been renovated and it’s quite tastefully done. The rooms were very comfortable. Even had a microwave in the king suite rooms which was great. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is what you would expect, nothing great but not bad also. The swimming pool and fitness area were very well maintained. Across the street you will find places to eat. Overall no complaints and if I’m ever in the area again would definitely book.

This is my second time staying at this location and I am enamoured by how immaculate this hotel is run. Each and every employee goes out of their way to ensure each guest has a spectacular experience. I stayed here back in June for a wedding and Kanishak and Neel deserve huge shout outs for the amazing service they provide. They are both tremendous assets to the Hilton brand and deserve the highest of praises. Coming back to the same location six months and both of them remembered me! Definitely made me feel special and treated me like family. The ladies that handle breakfast deserve recognition as well. They always greet you with an award winning smile and remind me of my grandma. Thank you again to the wonderful staff at this location. I will DEFINITELY be a guest here again during my next travels!

This is a crime-infested hotel. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to a wedding we were attending. We had packed our bags on 8/2/23 and headed to the lobby for some coffee. We put the "do not disturb" sign on our door. We did not realize the theft until we reached our home the next day. They stole my wife's wedding ring of 29 years, 2 gold bracelets, 4 gold bangles, a Givenchy purse, my Ferragamo belt, and a Michele watch. Over $16K worth of items. They really cleaned us out! We are so devastated by this loss. We never make mistakes like this but we paid dearly for it. We are mostly saddened by the loss of my wife's wedding ring... A car was also broken into one night. Whatever you do, avoid this hotel. I have been calling the hotel manager (Steven) to see if they can review the hotel cameras. He said that he would review the video and let me know, but has not returned any of my calls for over a week now. My wife still cries over the loss...What a terrible thing! Absolutely awful!!!

We had a wonderful 2 day stay here and staff are awesome especially Lyndia and Bella who provided the free breakfast they were quick to replace any food that had run out and kept the place exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. I did a load of laundry and a staff member offered to help with the job. Great place. I’m never disappointed with the Hilton brand
